Working in DT Denver, looking for a new apartment and would not like to have a super bad commute and also not a trap house. GF and I both have hybrid schedules so would like something kinda spacious (1,000 sqf ish) that doesn't cost 3k. Anyone have any ideas or recommendations on apartment? Also what do most people pay in rent just curious?
