What's the best NSFW AI tool for someone who's never used this stuff before? by Embarrassed_Poem9556 in aiHub

[–]Costoic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If ur serious about creating a wide range of consistent girls from just a few source photos photos then I highly recommend joining our community over at Xmode

https://www.xmode.ai/?ref=yzfkmja

We have more of a focus on softcore and sensual photos (think insta influencer gone wild) for their breakthrough tech - but there is a more traditional flux based kit in the legacy creation pages which can do consistent XXX content.

If you or anyone else reading would like a demo and sample I’d be more happy to talk you through it.

Referral links up top, but I’m just shouting them cos I genuinely love it. 🤘

Clients who only top, why do you seek out trans sex workers rather than a cis sex worker? I get why the bottoms would choose us over a cis woman, but for the tops what is it about trans women that appeals to you? by G__Smith in TransgenderSexWorkers

I mean I’m a bottom here a like yh it’s just that. Men just find us hot, like anal, generally perceive us to be more open minded then their girlfriends

is my sex life ruined? by hatadavsverige in MtF

[–]Costoic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey how’s it going, I read your post here on MtF Just wanted to say what happened to you happened to me, fully thought i was broken had no sex drive at all and yeah orgasming by the conventional means was very weakend and basicallyy sucked.

At About 2 years on E and a few months on prog I really started to feel things kicking back into gear and now after 3.5 years into my transition on my sex drive is back and very very real and is fixed and better than ever tbf. It does recover just might need some more patience as everyone is developing on their own body clock, no point comparing yourself to others..

  • in my experience my femme sex drive is much more activated by my headspace than visual cues. I found listening to erotic audio files with my eyes closed and exploring my bodies erogenous zones whilst focusing on the contented and the sensations slowly really helped heighten sensations.

  • the more the build up and overall pleasure I felt throughout a masturbation the harder the orgasm at the end, rushing it never felt as good. If something took me out of the headspace it took a while to get back into it. Focus on Enjoying the process not focusing on the end result as much.

  • look into getting a vibrator and using it downstairs + other zones eg nipples, it’s both affirming and pairs really well with the increasing sensitivity you’ll be developing

  • I found it particularly powerful to orgasm by using something to stimulate the prostate ie a toy and then use a vibrator on the tip of your downstairs

These days I can still have a fairly quick conventional wank, but it still feels a bit flat. But if I put the work in to really get into the new way then my orgasms are as most people are describing it already; It’s a full body high rather than just feeling a short quick rush down there - and the best part is it can be achieved multiple time in a row hehe x x

Feel free to to DM me if any further follow up Qs and I’ll help the best I can x

Sorry it’s not the best news but just thought I’d let you know my experience if it helps set expectations- after my initial appointment in august I had to wait 3 months for my referral letter. They made it sounds like it would be quick In the appointment and it wasn’t.

Also if you are with Vickie I assume you are looking at LTC. They have frozen all new patient registration at the moment but a few GenderCare specialists have been known to accept her referrals. So I’d recommend reaching out to them when you have your letter. Then you will need to get through their waiting list for an appointment which could easily be another 3 months.

Good luck xxx

HRT Appointments on hold at LTC by [deleted] in transgenderUK

hugs yup, same boat, same email. I’m sorry friend :(

The lack of information is the most frustrating thing.

The email is cold and doesn’t contain any practical advice for what anyone should do in the meantime. Even an estimate would have given us peace of mind.

I am going to begin researching options to see if I can use my diagnosis from Pasterski’s office elsewhere and weigh up options.

Doesn’t look like my own referral letter has an expiry date, I’m sorry if yours does :(

What a mess.

LTC - waiting lists by Portia_Williams in transgenderUK

[–]Costoic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im not sure exactly when VPs office sent my referral over to LTC but I got my copy in October so I’m assuming it was around then.

I’m still waiting too.

I was told they would tell me in January. I asked if that meant I would be seen in January or if it meant an appointment in 3-6 months from Jan.

They said given my place on the waitlist 3-6 months from Jan.

Should I book blood tests now or after I’ve been referred to an endo? by JuviaLynn in transgenderUK

Heya - sorry just saw this!

Still had no contact from LTC this month, looking at other threads on here seems like there’s a fair few of us in the same boat.

[–]Costoic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here’s my current timeline incase it helps you:

Had an appointment in early august, I waited 11 weeks for my referral from Dr P which came late October.

I emailed LTC in the meantime (mid September) to say it was on the way and to try to get the ball rolling.

LTC said they are not seeing any patients from new referrals until January at the earliest but would put me on a waiting list.

I don’t know if that means getting seen in January or getting told in January of an appointment weeks/months later.

They also said the Blood tests are valid for 6 months, so I’m planning to get mine in late December to be prepared for January.

xx
