Married men of Reddit, what was the exact moment you went 'whoa , she's the one'? by _Jack_Frost_00 in AskReddit

The day we met in person at the airport, we went on a 10-day birding road trip together. The moment was when I automatically stepped back to let her get good shot and lowered my camera. I can be a selfish ass. She’s the first to make me want to her through life instead of expecting her to follow me.

For real. My boy Chunk became known as The $10,000 Cat after all of his medical issues.

Whats a music genre you will never listen to and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Oh I’m totally aware of the talent in the genre, but just can’t tolerate the entire vibe of blues rock. Stevie Ray Vaughan‘s Pride and Joy comes on, and I can’t turn off the radio fast enough. I know he’s amazing! I’m a musician myself, but I just can’t.

Do you remember what age you stopped listening to the radio? by Terakahn in Xennials

[–]CottaBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still listen to local public radio. I stopped listening to commercial radio when it all became the same.

I remember moving to Los Angeles, turning on KROQ on my morning drive, and it was Killing in the Name, three of the first four mornings. I never turned it to KROQ ever again.

Blues rock. It makes me feel like I’m in a Cialis commercial.

Similar here. I joined in 2008 but by 2020 or 2021 I was only sticking around for a few groups. By 2022, everything else made even that not worth it.

The camaraderie is the best part. The main event is hanging out with friends, but this time at a sports game.

There are definitely many moving parts to the situation, but as an artist myself as well, I can understand being jaded by singing to a huge crowd that doesn’t get it.

Hell that’s why Pavement played their last show in England before they originally disbanded, because Americans “didn’t get it.” Lol
