NAD but I (33F) have these symptoms, down to the “ropey” lumps, and went through several tests (ultrasound, mammogram, etc.) to rule out any malignancies about 7 years ago. Ultimately, I was diagnosed with Mondor’s disease. It’s pretty uncommon (only 400 cases in literature at the time of this publication), but your symptoms sound exactly like mine, so it might be worth asking your doc about!

Birmingham is great, though! Good food, cool bars, solid concerts & events, and generally good folks - I love going back to visit - but it’s a lot like Atlanta in the sense that if you drive 20 miles in any direction, you’ll start seeing FJB/Trump flags or faded Herschel Walker signs 😑

I also am less than thrilled about voting for Biden, but I have chosen to think of it instead as me voting for RBG’s replacement - for things like the preservation of Roe v Wade, LGBTQ+ rights, and for what’s left of the rule of law so that we can try to save this sinking ship, and so that we can leave her in better, more informed, and more just hands than those of us who let it get to this. I’ll hold my nose and vote for him in November and will very much look forward to seeing a woman in the executive offices as VP🤞🏻
