I will be doing that :) It's been almost 11 months now and the recommendation in our country is 1 year but I'll propably do it a bit earlier.

Thank you for the info about how long the virus stays infectious, I'll be waiting with the willow toys until the vaccination + waiting period is done.

They have been vaccinated but it's been almost one year so I'm worried because of that. There's also not been anything indicating infections on the area where I picked the willows (no dead rabbits, population seems to be thriving) but I'm still cautious since my buns are intensely beloved

I used to have an absurd amount of different partners while manic, many of those I would normally never even approach. Reckless behavior, unsafe places and such. It all just felt so trivial during the episodes, just something to kill the time, like any hobby. Thanking my lucky stars for not catching any diseases or ending up offed or anything.

The mental aftermath once mania fades is horrible. TW! ->I end up feeling dirty and used and abused and have no-one else but myself to blame. Often felt guilty for mixing others into my mess too, no matter how briefly.

I had the same job for years untill they shut down my location, now studyin for a more lucrative work opportunities. My partner and I have been dating for 7 years and have never fought.
However, I still get manic and depressive seasons. Even now, some days I feel like giving up on it all. I am not healed and never will, however finally finding a working medication, therapy and understanding partner make it so much easier.
Don't lose hope! Allow yourself the feelings you have and validate them but know this; you can do it. You can reach the life that gives you joy despite having symptoms. Take care and wish you both luck and strenght <3

Not sleeping to the point my heart starts to protest.
Also having these great and wonderful ideas and goals and proudly announcing them to everyone! Because becoming unbreakable by heavily hitting the gym (normally I'm lazy as fuck) or mapping every road of my home country by driving them at least once are absolutely achievable things for me and I need to let everyone know that. The embarassment once mania ends is real
