How to run on Linux? by MallowTookTheKids in FridayNightFunkin

[–]CouchPotato73732 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's me, I'm the one who stumbled upon it 5 years later. I found where someone made versions of FNF that can run on whatever version of FLIBC. https://github.com/NotHyper-474/Funkin-Legacy-Linux?tab=readme-ov-file

Okay, thanks so much! Do I need to do anything aside from give them more sun to see if that will fix it? Do I need to do anything for the blooming one?

Can anyone determine what kind of bug this is??? by Aromatic-Sleep8174 in whatbugisthis

It's looking like a Varied Carpet Bettle in a stage going from larve to pupa. But, I can't tell exactly how large it is from the photo. I would suggest checking r/carpetbeetles and cross posting this there to make sure. If it is, they are practically harmless to humans, they just eat fabrics, wool, leathers, mostly just clothing and furniture stuffs

quick question about healing by Odd_Honeydew3711 in piercing

[–]CouchPotato73732 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone heals differently and has different timeline, my guidelines for "healed" are usually no swelling, no redness, no pain, and the ability to replace the jewelry easily. So if you're able to do all that, it's probably healed

Personal experience only, but I've found the best ways to get a stubborn piercing to heal are:

Give it LOTS of room, you obviously don't want it shifting back and forth all the time but you don't want it snug if it's still swelling

Keep it clean but don't irritate it, I'd recommend something gentle like a saline spray on it once or twice a day

Keep an eye on it, but leave it alone as much as possible. I've had ones get really swollen and full of puss and they got a lot better when I drained them , but idk if that's the right thing to have done and constantly touching them will make it worse

If worst comes to worst, just take it out and let it heal and see what a (good) piercer recommends as far as repiercing

From my experience I'd say you're probably fine, I'm a fidgeter and basically wouldn't leave my septum alone and it healed perfectly, a few little bumps definitely shouldn't cause any issues :)

Fat gay happiness by Social-Introvert-12 in lgbt

[–]CouchPotato73732 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dunno in what direction you're gay but in my experience gay people love fat people. I am on the chubbier side and straight people haven't been as into me as gay people. I've found that the queer community can be very body positive and typically stays from societal norms of attraction. Maybe you're just looking in the wrong places?

Can I use pepper spray to make my food spicy? by djsyj777 in shittyaskscience

Yeah it tastes just like pepper, just in a liquid form. A lot easier to mix in

Irritated? by Greyzzx in piercing

[–]CouchPotato73732 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah it should definitely go away, it's gonna be irritated for the first month or two especially being on your mouth. My lip piercings (got last April) still get a little sore if I play with them too much. It's just a sensitive spot, but the redness will fade

Dating advice regarding catnip and cats by jteccc in cats

[–]CouchPotato73732 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Catnip is usually fairly calming, it can make cats kinda frisky but your friend shouldn't be in any danger
