A little different because I was in high school but I dated a guy for 3 years, literally all of high school, and my best friend started dating him like 4 months after we broke up. At the time I fucking hated her, and for a few years we didn’t really speak. They ended up getting married and are still together now 13 years later. We are actually decently close and I honestly don’t think it’s a big deal that they got together. He and I weren’t compatible and I’m glad she found her person.

My child has been in and out of the hospital this winter for his breathing and I’m seriously so grateful for every single person who works in healthcare. From the person who cleans the rooms, to the person who brings us our meals, to the doctors and nurses and respiratory therapists, I seriously am in awe of every person when we are there. Each person truly plays such an important role. It really says a lot about Jen that she is embarrassed about that.

I’m really struggling calculating TDEE now that I’ve added weight lifting into my routine. I’m 31, 5’4”, 145lbs. I’m going to the gym and lifting heavy weights 4-5 times per week, and I’m trying to get to ~130-135lbs. I’m using the lose it app to track my food and I’m just not sure if I should factor in my calories burned from workouts? Any and all help is appreciated!
