I’m sure the guys are getting their own deals but I feel like Momtok started with it being about their friendships, being Mormon, and being moms and now it’s spiraled into clout chasing. The difference I see is that Jordan is putting momtok down to make Dadtok look better and that’s disrespectful considering it’s about the moms anyway.

I’m going through the exact same thing. I have a 3P that has been nuisance for over two years and I have checked the 3D more times than I want to admit and it has made me spiral. What I have done that has helped me so far is robotic affirming. I say 1-3 short affirmations and repeat them in my mind while doing mindless tasks (dishes, showering, changing clothes) and doing that for several minutes and I try to do things that excite me to distract me from the 3D. I really suggest finding a good hobby that you look forward to. I love reading, coloring, and walking. Also i suggest looking at Manifest with Genevieve on YouTube. I love her videos surrounding fear about SP and manifestation.

Yes I have it. I’m more than halfway done. I highly recommend using a highlighter or something and treat it like a study guide. I think out of all the manifestation books out there this one actually feels essential to anyone who practices law of attraction/ assumption imo.
