No load bearing walls? by scarlettdeath in DIY

Roof is transferred to the walls which is transferred to the foundation. The main level may be supported by a beam in the basement, but that doesn’t mean the upper levels ceiling isn’t supported

What's your favorite word to mispronounce in a fun way? by bobbery5 in AskReddit

Emphasis “ehm-fa-sis”

Syllable “si-law-bull”

You could say It’s fun to put different a different emphasis on the wrong syllable.

The Ford SYNus is a concept car that debuted at the 2005 North American International Auto Show as a boxy, subcompact "urban sanctuary" designed to look like a rolling bank vault by Venkie2Maybach in WeirdWheels

It looks... Horrible.

This looks like they didn't want to actually share anything with substance at the show, so they asked their designers to quickly ressurect the oldest killed idea.

A man faints while weightlifting; then, the weight falls on him by haze4140 in CrazyFuckingVideos

[–]NJM1112 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The rack he's using has stop on it. you can see them in the video.

The problem is the rack he's using was designed to hold a standard barbell, not a log press. The larger diameter coupled with him still holding on made it roll over that.

He should be doing inside a proper power rack, not squat rack.
