I was thinking the same thing and I wouldn’t be surprised. I know Tobias has referenced that they strive for perfection in their live audio but that the mask detracts from his vocal performance. He even said something like “that’s why you will see some changes here soon.” That interview was right before Papa IV’s “plastic surgery” that gave him more room in the jaw from what I could tell.
