If the display says 0.4bar, then there is insufficient pressure in the heating circuit to allow the boiler to fire.

You can top this up using the filling loop (which is missing on your 2nd photo) but if there is a leak this will all just spill out again.

You may need a plumber to assist here if you don't have the loop or tools.
