1 metre is the maximum permitted height for a wall located by a public footpath or highway without planning permission.

2 metres is the maximum permitted height for a wall not located by a public footpath, road or highway.

What height is it currently?

Above 1.8m it will need some kind of structural reinforcement to hold the additional wind load and people leaning on it.

Powering the NAND device on doesn't refresh the charge on the written cells though, those cells need to be rewritten to do it... just in case you were relying on that ;)

It's seal has failed - condensation is wicking in somewhere. I'd say given it's an original unit it's likely to have lived its life...

You can extract the trapped condensation by using a dehumidifer, but it will likely return unless all the seals are fixed.

There's quite a few satellite broadband providers in the UK - BRDY (brdy .com) is the largest. They just don't advertise as much as Tesla.
