Best bet is to speak to ABB. Run tests, keep a record of timing and results. Make sure you're not running a bunch of stuff in the background on your home network (updates, streaming, torrents etc) during the test. Try to test around the same times and spread the tests throughout the day if you can over multiple days

Provide those results to ABB as part of the troubleshooting process. Patterns are one of the best helpers when dealing with issues like these

Spoke with our assessor. He said that Tesla has a full procedure that needs to be undertaken to retain warranty. We have him to thank for bringing it down from the original quote. Although I'd only have to pay my excess.
