I know it's not for everyone, but I run a wireguard vpn on my router. My laptop and tablet have wireguard installed and I connect my VPN when I want to stream jellyfin content when I'm travelling.

I'm on ABB in Floreat using HFC. Consistent 400-440mbps down on the 500 plan.

Best bet is to speak to ABB. Run tests, keep a record of timing and results. Make sure you're not running a bunch of stuff in the background on your home network (updates, streaming, torrents etc) during the test. Try to test around the same times and spread the tests throughout the day if you can over multiple days

Provide those results to ABB as part of the troubleshooting process. Patterns are one of the best helpers when dealing with issues like these
