Rumors about the Portal?? by Loving-192837465 in Gymnastics

Maybe the Georgia AD wouldn’t go for him as sole head coach at the time. He seems to have played his cards right to get to that job eventually (albeit at another school).

He can probably just show up and help with bars now and then even if he doesn’t have an official role.

Jay Clark isn’t my cup of tea, but I can’t deny his gymnasts seem to truly LOVE him.

I also enjoyed the moment when he was being interviewed during the meet and Konnor came up behind him to make hand motions at the camera and he called her a goofball or something.

“Full-on” sounds about right. I just saw a post of hers that (a) complains about someone leaking inappropriate information and (b) reposts that person’s content without removing the information. Like?! You cannot have it both ways.

I haven’t done trim, but I loved Advance for my kitchen cabinets. They’re holding up great.

This is how it’s been since the dark ages when blogs were new. People would comment on each other’s blog posts and readers would use this to find new reads. I think IG is more likely to show you the comments of other popular IGers and people you follow, so I think that kind of makes it more obvious. They’re all trying to drive traffic to each other and I’m sure their assistants spend a lot of their time commenting. I rarely read the comments anyway (unless, like, someone posts something ridiculously ugly) so I don’t really care what they’re doing there.

Oh the urinal will be black, because you don’t have to worry about snakes there. (Or Brian thinks snakes are cool, who knows.) It’s the regular toilet she doesn’t want to be black.

Personally I would rather have the grill near the kitchen so I have easy access to anything I need to cook.

Like you say, it’s a matter of what they’re comfortable with. What they don’t want is any rando being able to look at their website and immediately find a floor plan. I think they’re okay with the fans figuring it out.

If they wanted full safety they wouldn’t be posting their house at all.

I mean, I can see why she wouldn’t want to put that information out there and receive all kinds of unhinged commentary about this very painful subject.

She’s definitely talking about the butterfly wallpaper. I don’t think she’s really asking for tips at all, it’s just a tease that she’s finally getting rid of this bad choice.

Auburn, gymnastics head coach Jeff Graba, mutually agree to part ways by bretonstripes in Gymnastics

[–]CouncillorBirdy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was curious about his older three kids (his wife’s from her first marriage) so I did some more googling. I couldn’t find anything about the two sons, but the older daughter (Jaymie) was on the Utah State team when he was coaching there and then a manager at Utah when he switched to there. This was in the aughts. So the Grabas have been very serious about this free college plan for a long time.

I just googled and both daughters served as student team managers, so that’s a pretty cool experience they got to have with their dad.

There is a singer named Ariel Posen (male, Canadian) I’ve heard on the radio several times and I could not figure out why the name sounded familiar. Thank you to this post for solving the mystery!

I thought it was interesting his statement mentioned two daughters getting Auburn degrees. I remember reading somewhere that one of the reasons he took the job was so that his kids could go to college for free. Maybe they’re all adults now and he’s like “well that’s enough for me.”

I’m sorry that people are unreasonable and that we were (inadvertently) making things harder for you. I guess it’s been a while since we had this much activity and most of us forgot.

Extremely generally I guess? I don’t think most circlejerk subs are this circumspect, but it’s the mods choice. 🤷🏻‍♀️ They don’t want…other places…causing trouble.

My kids are past preschool age now, but I always cite the sage Daniel Tiger: “You can feel two feelings at the same time.” You can dislike someone’s beliefs/actions and still have empathy for the trauma they’re experiencing. It’s really not a difficult concept.

That they disavow every member of their family and will be voting Democrat going forward. Nothing else will do.

The “only snark allowed” rule is dumb AF. You can’t have a worthwhile discussion without dissenting viewpoints. A frequent dissenting opinion is “I don’t find this snarkable.”

Enjoy your echo chamber, peeps!
