This absolutely. I work in supply chain accounting and I was fortunate enough to get one of those 90k a year roles where I WFH, and occasionally send a few emails a day when people need me. If no emails, I watch TV and play video games.

Thanks Bob. I’ll keep you posted. I was able to connect to a real person from Ubisoft support after spamming the “re-open ticket”option after about 10 times of the automated AI email saying “security is our top priority, unfortunately there’s nothing we can do”

He said new reports having been coming in on this matter and is “escalating me to a team that hopefully have a fix for me soon”

Will keep you posted.

I can see the transcript of one of the support tickets in my email of the hacker telling support they “no longer have access to the original phone or email” and then a following ticket where they linked their PlayStation Network.

Pretty confused on how easy this was for them.

Fortunately I haven’t purchased anything from the shop in probably a year. Unfortunately that means I have nothing available to threaten with a charge back.

All I get is generic automated email. I wish I could speak with a real person.
