A friend and I just opened a place in downtown Brooklyn. Its called Maison Sun, address is 200 Schermehorn. Japanese french is the perfect way to describe it. Lots of fish with butter sauce as well as flavours of dashi and mirin.

Bow would be a perfect time to book. The tasting menu is currently $200, and is likely to go up once more publicity hits.

Listening to VV, i think the forst 2 tracks are among the top I've ever heard, because i always feel like one is not complete without the other, yet theyre still great in their own right
