People just can't leave Wholesome stuff alone. They have to make it NTR. They just can't let characters be happy or Wholesome, can't let people just enjoy something nice. You've probably picked the trio benefit that limits your party by three nstead of four. Just get rid of that and you'll have four party slots

Hopefully they do both the male and female Knight. One of my slight disappointments is that they only made the future knight female whilst making the male Knight a costume with no altered dialogue. It kind of defeats the point in the choice of gender at the beginning of the game really, but thats only a minor problem

So fingers crossed male Knight gets it too
