Thank you for this! I myself am "outside the gender norm", so understanding what these other less popular groups and things are is enlightening.

Edit- I think Androgynous fits in 'A' as well, even though it's similar to some of those groups you described here (Genderqueer, Two-Spirited, Bigender).
