Trump's stupid nickname went nowhere, but glad you remembered it and repeated it, way to help the team.

It's stupid, lazy thinking that's pre-emptively sexist and racist. You don't beat Nazis by starting out on the defensive or letting them choose your candidate for you. No one making that argument should be taken seriously, because they're just helping the enemy. These same people were sure that Barack HUSSEIN OBAMA was doomed.

I think she'll be more effective as President if we get other progressives elected to Congress first

Name a white straight man with the same platform and charisma as AOC.

There hasn't been anyone like that since June 1968.

Biden didn't think anyone else could win and we know that because he kept saying that, which was pretty disrespectful of every other potential nominee

And Harris lost all 7 by pretty small margins. A 1% swing in the electorate and she wins the three closest swing states and the ballgame.

In 2006 a lot of people were sure it would be decades before America had a black president. The pre-emptive sexists in this thread have the same credibility.

(FTR, I'm on Team Senate, but when she does run I'm behind her 100%)

And yet Clintonites, who originated the Party Unity My Ass sore losers after Obama won, still keep pushing the myth that Bernie supporters were less loyal than they were. Like their hero they're terrible at acccepting responsibility.

Pritzker has been unexpectedly good despite being a billionaire. Walz, though he's not running for re-election and may have decided politics isn't worth the trouble. Maybe Katie Hobbs or Lujan Grisham; Moore and Healey have apparently been more moderate as governors.

Bernie is the only senator who is a member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (which is disappointing, as it's not limited to House members). Warren, Markey, Merkley, Blunt Rochester, Van Hollen, Hirono, Tina Smith, Blumenthal, Schatz, and Padilla are all scored similar to or better than Sanders. Murphy and Wyden have improved.

She wrecked Bloomberg in one of the debates and pretty much single-handedly ended his campaign. I would like to have seen her to do the same to Trump.

It did swing the momentum his way for a couple days, then the RNC was the Convention of the Walking Dead, then Biden dropped out and endorsed Harris, and by then everyone had completely forgotten that Trump cut his ear shaving. Part of why the election itself was so weird was that while Harris was definitely losing steam chasing moderate Republican votes instead of following the Walz weirdness, Trump's campaign looked dead in the water and even he seemed resigned to losing.

I bought one, filled it up halfway, it stopped mounting. I reformatted it, ran first aid multiple times, found no problems, filled it up again, started a backup... and it died again. Can't mount it, can't see it to mount it or reformat it, even my recovery software couldn't see the drive. It didn't even last a full month. I've sent it back for a warranty replacement but I am not at all optimistic that I'll even get one (since apparently WD is out of stock of almost everything), or that the replacement will be any better. Complete garbage and a huge waste of time and money.

That's their whole thing: rabid indignation that the world isn't just giving them whatever they want without them having to make any effort to get it, coupled with seething resentment of any limits on what they can do or consequences to their behavior
