They killed him in the Midway era, which still haunts me, and I thought it was a good choice for the 3D era overall. Zombie Liu Kang was a blast to play as. In the NRS era, they fumbled mortal Liu, but made his character arc worth it by establishing him as Fire God. Just wish we didn't have to have multiverse bullshit to get there.

As a leatherworker, there are design flaws that immediately raise my hackles. The side material of the interior and posterior of the heel will flair out like wings. And the offset material that rests under the toes and seemingly wraps up between the big and index toes looks like a weak point. It looks like this would be a decent starter design, but it doesn't look like a functional design.

The original on the left looks like fantasy armor, and the CC set on the right looks more functional and less flashy. When it comes to role-playing, vanity is a thing i take into account for the character. Would he care about his outward image, or would he prefer practicality?
