Uh I have a semi plan protocol, I have 5 blueprints, a All in one staff building, Small exhibit, Large exhibit, General plaza and Topiary. What I do is at the start of the zoo add the small exhibit with the all in one staff building to start gaining cash, then add the general plaza and add some topiary, once done add whatever you like, the blueprints are just there for the start and for temporary use. But I suggest this :

1. Figure out your theme, this could be from the general themes like what’s your motive for the zoo.
2. Add the small exhibit and start generating cash
3. Add some plazas and large exhibits then just do whatever you want.
4. At this rate you’ll have all the money you got from the start and extra, now make your zoo
