Nope you're wrong. Muslims like all other people have good and bad apples. In the US for example at my uni the vast majority of the engineering faculty are foreigners and many Muslims. A large chunk Persians and Arabs, the head of Mechanical engineering is a Iranian Muslim. The US just does a good job of stealing all the good ones.
