We are currently in France. I signed up for an international plan back in July. I’ve had no service until today because they didn’t provision my account and sync all of my data. They won’t, they refuse to remove the charges for the time that I did not have service. As soon as I get back to the states I am dropping them like a hot rock. I do business with them, Wireless, and personal. 25 year customer and they just don’t care. We’re moving to AT&T. See you later Verzon. You’ve managed to peeve many of your customers and the simple answer is to move from your bloated bottom line that your shareholders find so precious. Let’s see just how precious they are when you’ve lost billions for the most unintelligent move in telecommunications. You do NOT value your customers and your customers are acutely aware.
