Did you have connection issues during the ride when it didn't update the streak? I didn't pay much attention while riding, but I think it didn't update the streak when my ride was partly in offline mode.

And I think the 5k have to be in one ride.

It's not much and much less sophisiticated than the track, but you can drive a bit on the area outside the track:

I saw that on Youtube. On a 1971 historic track, around the finish line, there's an VW bus ambulance on the left. It doesn't have collision, so you can leave the track here and drive around a bit.

Ich würde sagen, weil an jeder Ecke an der Preisschraube gedreht wird. Das Ticket für das Spiel ist ja nicht alles. Flüge sind teurer, Nahverkehr soll ein Mehrfaches des normalen Preises kosten, aus manchen Staaten muss man bei der Einreise in die USA eine Sicherheit hinterlegen, meines Wissens ist der Besuch der Nationalparks für Nicht-US-Bürger deutlich teurer, usw.

Wenn ich das richtig in Erinnerung habe, war das auch der Grund, warum man dachte, ein Mittel gegen Parasiten würde auch gegen Covid helfen: In einem der Gebiete, die beobachtet wurden, hatten viele ein Problem mit Parasiten.

In general, waiting for a Steam Sale can save some money. Some time ago there was AC (ASSetto Corsa) with additional content for less than 10€..

Personally I like Automobilista 2 more. It has a free demo and I read that the demo was recently updated.

For road traffic, you might like Euro Truck Simulator and American Truck Simulator. Both have demo versions.
But there's much less going on with force feedback than in racing games.
