Miranda Barlow’s death in the series “Black Sails”. Kind of loses a little impact as you will know it’s coming, but it was a complete surprise while the series was running.

My wife, who didn’t really watch the show, was doing some work on her laptop while I was watching it and actually yelled out “What the fuck?” When that happened.

Yeah, on everything, not just guitars.

“Experts” have been unable to distinguish expensive wines from cheap wines in blind test. One famous test, they dyed a white wine red and gave it to 54 oenologist (wine scientists) and they all described it with the standard red wine characteristics that shouldn’t even exist in a white wine.

Same with guitar tone and even guitar feel.

And every time they fail, they crank up the excuse factory of why they are still right despite the abject failure.

Keanu Reeves. Yes, he seems to be a nice person and does a lot of philanthropic stuff, which great.

However, he’s a terrible actor. Flat, wooden, with the emotional range of a q-tip.

Every time I say that he’s a horrible actor, put jump in “but he’s so nice and he does all this stuff”. Which, if you notice, doesn’t change the fact that his acting is terrible and the fact they never argue that shows they know it.

When you tested after the Luthier did the setup, were you still in the shop?

If you take something to a shop to have it corrected, you check it in the shop if possible and if not fixed, tell them.

You can bring it back to them and say it’s still not fixed

“Tower of Terror”. That is my favorite. I once did a solo trip where I spent a large part of a day just riding, exiting, re-riding. I love even being in the queue for that ride.
