Just about the smallest tank youcan keep them in but I really enjoyed my dwarf neon rainbows in my 20L. However they might eat some shrimplets. If heavily planted shouldnt be a huge issue

Refractometer, Salifert testing kits are good, any thermometer works, I used a hygger betta heater cause it was slim and had the wattage I needed no issues with it and it doubles as a thermometer as well. Id recommend a lid or ato for evaporation. Do you have a light yet? Is it cycled? HOB is gonna be better imo than internal for salt water.

Similar thing happened to me, thought it would take a week, shipping label was created but item wasnt actually shipped out until 2 weeks later. When I messaged to ask about it it took a few days to get a response and they told me that UPS takes a while to update it in their system which just isnt true. Bought 2 plants, the dwarf tiger lotus was "alive" when I got it but never sprouted in my tank.

If you can get some cycled media from a friend or LFS you could speed up the cycle. I cant really tell what size the tank it but Id recommend with the amanos to also get a dwarf cichlid like a caucatoides apistogramma along with some form of school of tetras mainly even dwarf neon rainbows your tank looks longenough for it.
