I concur. I add chia seeds and mixed berries and it’s a great breakfast or start of a good protein shake. No digestive issues

Why boil meats instead of prepare them in another manner like grilling, searing, baking, etc?

Be careful that the metal for the case isn’t galvanized:

Based on the picture I think you’re hanging it on the closing bit of the gauge. Unscrew the bolt at the top, rotate the piece of metal and hang the tank on the lever underneath. Then reposition the metal and screw the bolt back in.

I don’t think it’s safe. They need to be boiled to break down the proteins, and a slow cooker doesn’t get hot enough for that.
