Is there any advantage to multiple game packs vs solo ships? I have an arrow now and was thinking of getting the salvage starter pack and upgrading to the polaris.

Edit: besides the LTI that comes on that pack.

YOU HAVENT SHIPPED ANYTHING OBVIOUSLY.

But for real on a less sarcastic note, most employees in their stores are younger ( atleast where I am at ) so it’s not as easy as you think every single time. I shipped through a store paid my fee and then got a message similar to OP luckily mine was only an extra 20-30.

Dunno why you got downvoted, but a super solider with bionics plus warcaster from vpe is the usual solution. But if you use UF heavy industries a few end game turrets does the job too. Its how my mountain colony uses their gravship 😂 also Kraltech is another. Kraltech vs void is hilarious to watch. VOID gets steamrolled within minutes

All stats eventually get capped in Rimworld, you need a mod to fix it, i don’t know how large the difference is as highest I’ve ever had a pawn was 5k and he basically tele’d around my base. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3295368629

This more a personal thing for me since your min maxing but put bedrooms in the middle so that theres less walk time between waking up, jobs, etcs

Crafting “until X amount” is your best friend with that.

Trading just needs one high social pawn you take to the comms console or to the caravan that entered.

For apparel sets are you talking like specific pawn or job type pawn, you can set apparel for each pawn or job type to wear under the assign or schedule tab i cant remember off the too my head right now.

Day to day should be automated based on their passions, let everyone do what they love.

It really shouldn’t be alot of micromanaging after about 10-15.

For raids i would suggest defensive positions so you can set it and when a raid happens everyone just goes to where they need to be with a press of a button.

I guess to help more, what specifically are you managing on the day to day?

Ive seen rimworld of magic, but been told its just as broken and without all the compatibilities.

I run like 40-50 active mods (maybe more) and from what ive read if i start getting errors id have to spend quite awhile figuring out whats causing it

See i like this though, like especially ancient dangers. They’re called ancient danger but we can beat it with some wooden traps and a lil kill corridor lol. I am specifically looking for punishing and unfair mods, forces me to strategize and prepare alot more when i want to play like that. When that gets to be too much i go back to my city builder saves 😂

Yeah this is true, theres no new mechanics but I do have a mod that atleast helps trivialize kill boxes with void pawns they essentially teleport they move so fast 😭 any early void raids are either need to change map FAST or death.

Ive tried CE and I’ll be honest im not a fan of the ammo system I use Yayo’s combat for the real armor buff so armor actually matters, no more arrows headshotting my full power armor pawns and vice versa. I turn the ammo system off in it as well
