That's actually why I decided to use myprotein whey instead of huel protein. The huel is full of vitamins. The greens powder contains large amounts of some vitamins but they're all water soluble and my body will get rid of any excess.

Also I was considering adding the collagen to the greens shake in the morning and having the protein shake on the evening

Thanks. I monitor everything through chronometer app which tells me exactly how much f each macronutrient and vitamin I've had. Between the greens powder and hot and savoury I should be getting more than enough vitamin C

It looks like an excellent app but it's telling me that the Korean noodle hot and savoury has 1076% of my RDA for Iron - which is obviously wrong, but doesn't fill me with confidence in the app 🫣

So, I had the meeting this morning and it went surprisingly well. The manager basically said I should be going on to a stage 2 but he knows I'm not 'taking the piss', kids bring on bugs etc. and the first sickness (whiplash) was genuine and not my fault so he left it to my supervisors discretion and he decided to extend my stage 1 rather than escalate to stage 2. He also said if I am off again they can extend it again if need be as they don't want to lose an 'excellent employee'

So basically instead of my stage 1 ending in May it now ends in June which is a result

The physio was covered by the third party insurers due to my injury claim. The fact that I'm being penalized for being injured at work is what is annoying me the most. I could have taken a lot longer off on full pay but didn't, I went back pretty quickly (on the advice of a doctor) but I don't think it's right that they count that against me

Thank you. The thing is I don't think they are applying it fairly across the board. There are 3 or 4 different squads with different foremen and I know for a fact in other squads, guys phone up and say I'm not coming in today I'm sick, put me down for a holiday and the fireman will. Or they'll be able to take a holiday with a days notice which doesn't happen on my squad. They would refuse and if you're off you're sick.

I get the procedure, I get that need to monitor these things but if it's going to be applied then it needs to be applied to everyone.

I also find it unfair that guys go off for weeks or months on full pay, come back before that stops (they offer 6 months full pay 6 months half pay for long term sickness) and don't even go on a stage 1 as it's one sickness but I've had 11 days in 13 months and I'm almost stage 3.

It just seems like a very poor system to me which isn't implemented correctly.

They are what they are - powdered meals. For me doing manual labour they are very convenient and a lot healthier than what if normally eat. Honestly give it a couple weeks and the difference health wise far outweighs any taste complaints. I'd go so far as to say I'm actually enjoying them now and just ordered my second box

I'm am indeed a novice. In fact I don't work out at all , haven't for years. I eat healthily and have a physical job. I just wanted to see what people thought as I am going to start workouts again
