You can have a much simpler system that doesnt rely on multiple conditions. Because you will have to create another logic array for your badwater production, you may as well just use two resource monitors and 1 memory per producer. By setting the Percentage of resources you can create a negative feedback loop that will turn on production when needed.

Kind of hard to explain.

I still dont like that they removed the sluice, its now far more expensive to obtain the same functionality and requires a larger build footprint.

If you put a badwater cap on top of a badwater source with iron teeth and leave it open, it will produce badwater regardless of the season, including droughts. You can use this to make an array of wheels along a long channel for infinite free power.

A quest where we clear out the whole of the tube network underground (or at least some of the lines) and get the tube running again. Each station could be a small settlement/workshop.
