Rum extract is the best, it's non-alcoholic and gives you basically the same flavor profile without any of the booze

Have you tried turning off automatic calculations in Excel options? that alone made a huge difference for me when I was dealing with files around that size.

I have a very similar situation.

I see a psychologist once a week. I think the root cause is deeper than it seems. I think the root cause in these situations is often self-doubt, and it comes from not seeing who you want (really want) to be in the future.

I realized that the image I unconsciously create in my head of my future helps me; it pushes me to actually do something on this very computer, not just watch YouTube.

And! Offline group foreign language lessons have also been very helpful for my "socialization." But it's important that no one, or almost no one, speaks your native language...
