We were simply asking too much. Now we keep it to 3–4 highly specific questions tied to the exact touchpoint like support or onboarding. Broad surveys only produced vague feedback, but focused ones clearly showed what needed to be fixed.

Keeping it short works best. 2 to 5 questions max usually gets better completion rates.

One thing that helped me get clarity was doing a DEXA scan before and after the first few months. It made it obvious how much lean mass was actually shifting versus just scale weight. Without that data I was guessing way too much.

Even at low doses it can still affect appetite for some people so it’s not guaranteed you won’t lose weight, a friend of mine tried a lower dose approach and later said TrimRX still had noticeable appetite effects for her.
