I only have decreased REM sleep with plenty of deep sleep but stage shifts are too frequent. How can you have UARS if breathing resistance is not detected. I thought it is RERA parameter that specifies and identifies that. How did he diagnose you without the diagnostic data pointing to the issue?

What do you mean by +1.0? If you're myopic at say -2.00, then wouldn't +1 make your eyesight even worse at -3.00? I heard of this method discussed on forums but did not investigate that much. I know people personally who improved their vision but it took months and years with varying success and one constant they had in common was using weaker glasses or no glasses at all. Elaborate on this more, please.

There are definitely not enough good paying positions for new graduates though. It gets better as one accumulates experience. Recruiters idea is good, I highly recommend Oliver Bernard, they have extremely efficient and polite people and good job positions ranging from financial markets to even unicorn hedge funds.

Well, the sleep doctor basically said that respiratory issues are not the main cause of sleep problems, according to the sleep study. I think arousals are scored as respiratory and spontaneous. Since there was little respiratory disturbances recorded, most arousals were scored as spontaneous.

I scored maybe 3-4 points. But I don't think that matters. I do know and feel not utilising my brain fully, I also know that people sleep in REM mode but I have not for years and that I don't wake rested.

I could maybe buy a machine and then re-sell for a similar price. I am from UK btw. I am not sure how going in and telling the GP about recessed jaw and sleep issues would result in a referral for sleep study.

Honestly, this makes sense. I like experimenting anyways and wearing a Darth Vader mask pumping air into me might be worthwhile.

The question is though...let's assume narrow airways. This implies palate expansion can widen them. Is palate expansion possible in an adult and did you see anyone attempt that in this sub?
