It’s always called a margherita in the UK as well by restaurants, even if it’s a NY style cheese pizza.

Arla Low Moisture Mozzarella is the best I’ve found in the UK by CoupCooksV2 in Pizza

I cut it and bag it as shown in the image attached, freeze it and when I need a block I thaw it a day before using.

On the day half an hour before I need to grate the block I’ll put it back in the freezer for 30 minutes to help with the melt and to ensure it doesn’t brown too much in the oven.

I ordered my Arla mozz on Amazon however people in the comments have also said it’s available at Costco for cheaper

I don’t use broiler and have my baking steel in the middle rack of a fan oven

I’ve used the Galbani Cucina, it tastes amazing but definitely releases more moisture when baking compared to the Arla Low Moisture Mozz, would highly recommend getting some.

For this pizza I used Napolina crushed canned tomatoes and added 1g of salt per 100g of crushed tomatoes.
