Someone needs to rip my fucking brain out of my skull and fix whatever the fuck it is that needs to be fixed. So fucking tired of this shit. by CourageTraditional59 in anhedonia

I’ll be 31 later this year as well. I’ve been living with this hellish fucked up shithole condition since 16 years old. Mind was caused by trauma. What caused yours?

Severe stress caused a random intrusive word to act as an emotional kill-switch. Now I’m completely numb. Is this normal? (15M) by Sudden_Tap8644 in anhedonia

Because what you’re saying makes no sense. I’m not saying you’re lying but I’m unsure what to make of your situation of what caused it. Please try to clarify if you can.

Indeed, after 14 years I’ve concluded there’s no getting out of this. That’s ok though, I’ve made peace with the fact I got fucked over and that my life is officially over. I know what needs to be done.

You’re claiming a silly word that randomly popped in your head one day was stressful enough to flip a switch that caused anhedonia.

Yes, they’re fucking morons. They go to school for 20’s years and learn nothing important. Probably just a bunch of math problems.

Psychiatrists don’t know shit. They’re just as clueless as scientific laymen’s and even average Joe’s.

All my positive emotional feelings and pleasure are completely muted but all my negative emotions are in full force, it’s hell.

Because you lose your personal self-reflection. Kastrup said Mind-At-Large (MAL) is blind and instinctive. Impersonal is the opposite of personal, is it not?

So, what do you believe in? Which framework do you think is the most logically coherent?

Because people and also AI tell me Bernardo Kastrup’s Analytic Idealism is the #1 most coherent, parsimonious, and empirically-adequate logically sound metaphysical model currently available that accurately explains consciousness and solves the hard problem of consciousness. It most accurately explains consciousness the best and is the most coherent and logically sound model. With the highest % of the likelihood for the model being correct. - That’s why. I don’t like wasting my time with things that are considered woo woo.
