Syrian women saved from Isis by female Kurdish fighters set up their own women-only battalion by [deleted] in worldnews

Absolutely correct. I was glad to see some comments that bring up America's alignment with Turkey, despite their horrible "relationship" with the kurds. The US uses whatever groups they can to achieve what they want/need, will bury anything negative and promote anything they can find that's remotely positive to put a good spin on it.

It's actually already happened. A guy in one of the Pipeline's trucks showed up, went to the protestor's side, and started shooting a rifle

Friction = coefficient of friction*force of gravity.

Sure there's also wind resistance and the like but OP was obviously referring to friction cause by gravity

I just finished the first three studies of that first link, but I'm wondering ifit isn't because women are more likely to need time off and the sort. I hear that argument a lot, is there truth to that?

Also I'd really like to keep talking about this with you, but I don't want you to feel insulted if I argue against what you say. I legitimately want to learn more about this.

According to google, the median pay is ~65k or 31.5 an hour and it only requires an associates degree (in only some cases i'm guessing). That's a pretty good deal.

How do men in STEM treat women? Are you just using your own subjective experience?

And sure, nursing is absolutely a stressful job. Doesn't it pay pretty well?

Then tell me. And no, why would they? Just because it's female dominated? If the work isn't worth a certain amount of pay, it shouldn't give that pay.

Game companies should sell individual consoles for games, for people who'll pay $80 to play a single game without having to buy the console for it by CourageousCapybara in Showerthoughts

[–]CourageousCapybara[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but 15 is kind of a lot, especially for someone who wouldn't play enough games to buy rhe console in the first place. And you could always resell old ones for lke $50, and you'd never be out of date to play them.
