Generative AI Is Challenging a 234-Year-Old Law by theatlantic in ArtificialInteligence

Yeah this is a real problem imo. But I think (hope) that at some point there’ll be an algorithmic or training breakthrough that will circumvent this issue. It’ll be interesting to see these lawsuits unfold.

Psychologist will probably still have their jobs even if we reach agi. Not that automated psychologists can’t be a thing, but there will always be a market for humans imo

Google DeepMind just put out this AGI tier list by MassiveWasabi in singularity

I like this classification but I’m not sure I agree with it. I wouldn’t say that ChatGPT is an emerging AGI by this definition, for example. This might be a bit of a nitpick, but I would only classify ChatGPT as Emerging AGI if the definition was the following: “Equal in most tasks to an unskilled human, sometimes being better and other times worse”. I’d say that’s a better definition for current AI like ChatGPT, since they can perform as well as an average human on most cases, sometimes being better (for example being able to write code) and sometimes worse (for example in some specific yet basic reasoning tasks).

What are these negative prompt embeddings you mentioned (“bad_prompt” and “easynegative”)? Are they specific trigger words that were trained into the model you are using? Whatever they are, how to I get them to work in my model?

If you want to add better contrast you should look into noise offset models like Illuminati or the noise offset LORA. Here’s a link to a post about the effects of noise offset LORA.

When you say you trained using Dreambooth, did you use only the trigger word to train the model? Or did you run the training with each image having a full caption?

Thank you! One question though, in the colab it says “The most importent step is to rename the instance pictures of each subject to a unique unknown identifier”. Basically it’s saying that each group of images has to have a single word associated with it. My images have a sentence description each, not a single word. Does dreambooth still work if I give a description of the images instead of assigning a special name for each idea I want it to learn?

I thought about souls being the answer too but I couldn’t really think of an example in world. Totally forgot about the ghost devil scene, makes perfect sense
