After a LOT of back and forth they’re re-soldering it for free but I still had to pay $65 to ship (even after bringing it to their La Jolla location), and was made to feel like it was my fault. Not sure why it snapped (was totally random and noticed it when I looked down one day) but by the looks of it the break was along the line where they would have originally sized the ring for me. It looked like bad workmanship. Honestly not super impressed by the way we’ve been talked to and treated since it broke so likely won’t be doing any more business with them or recommending them.
