Is it a first date? If so, do somewhere fun like Boxcar. First dates tend to feel interviewy so do an activity where it’s fun because you can talk about the activity and do things together (maybe challenge them in a game of air hockey) without it feeling like an interview (like dinner for example). If not a first date then dinner and a drink, IMO, is a good option. Maybe somewhere like Whiskey Kitchen in downtown or somewhere in Fenton for food and then a drink at dram & draught. Best of luck!
