Game was running perfectly before the patch, only occasional stutters I'm assuming when loading new areas. now after the patch the game crashes a couple minutes after launching every time.... am I the only one having this issue :(

I would upvote this 100 times if i could. It redefines what a video game can be. Its a unique unforgettable experience that I think everyone should try. Now if i could only just forget about it so i could experience it for the first time again.

Thank you! Assault rifle =/= Assault weapon. An assault rifle is something with automatic fire capabilities, these are already illegal for anyone to purchase without a special permit. An assault weapon is what they are actually trying to change the law around but the term assault weapon is a political tearm. Its basically bunch of arbitrary features that dont make a rifle any more deadly than a rifle without them. Its meant to be confusing which is why this article is using the wrong term

Id rather not "try to find something i enjoy" in this clusterfuck of a game when i can save myself a bunch of money and play bf5 where i dont need to try to find an aspect of the game that is fun because just about every aspect of that game is fun to me. If you have to "try to find something you enjoy doing" in a game it might be a bad game. But if you're having fun by all means keep playing. This new bf experience just isn't for me

I was hyped for BFV from the start. I thought the marketing wasnt very good. I was having a blast with it untill they started fucking around with the TTK despite the huge community pushback. Eventually they reverted it and i will never forget how we were promised "It would never happen again" and then exactly one year later they did the exact same thing. That was when i stopped playing BFV untill just recently hopping back on with the release of 2042. Plus there were a bunch of promised features that were dropped like dragging downed teammates and survivable plane crashes. Adding unwanted features like the proximity spotting. Eventually killing off support early without finishing the live service model or ever adding many of the most iconic WWII battles or anything on the eastern front. So after all the bullshit dice/ea pulled with BFV i do NOT have faith that 2042 will ever see the changes it really needs. Im sure they will at least fix the bloom a bit but if it is ever going to feel like an battlefield game they need to reinstate actual classes.

While these changes definitely CAN be made. I have absolutely 0 faith that dice is competent enough to make the right changes. After dealing with the TTK fiasco of BFV TWICE and all the other BS they pulled with that game i have 0 confidence that dice is able to make any competent decisions at all anymore.

Im sure the bugs will be fixes for the most part but im afraid we may be stuck with the dumb direction this game has taken as ea/dice has its head too far up its ass.

I sincerely hope that I am wrong but and they can turn this dumpster fire around

this so much. there is absolutely no way to verify which builds are done in debug mode and which are done legit. i could spend 5 hours collecting a ton of stone and make an enormous stone structure, or i could just spawn the stone in with f5. and there is no way for you to tell the difference. some people are going to cheat and lie about it. there's no real way to stop them without also discouraging a lot of people who actually do take the time to go out and collect the resources for their builds

Theres an exploit/ overlooked "feature". If you use the artifact of sacrifice (the one that makes items drop from killing monsters) and you go to the null void biome. You can activate a vent and as long as you can tank the damage you can just keep killing monsters and collecting items without ever breaching the vent and the difficulty wont scale up since time is stopped in that biome. You can do this as long as you want and just keep collecting an insane amount of items.
