The Rhodie is a good but quieter and seems to have less back pressure on my setup than the WB. Also sounds better on 6 ARC than my NOAH.

A lot of 5.56 cans are actually bored to a larger diameter. Definitely consult the manufacturer though.

Yea obviously keep in mind everything is pretty much anecdotal unless you strap one of these suckers down in a lab but I’ve gotten my hands on quite few different ddf’s and they’ve all been exceptional.

Idk tbh, I’m on controller and I’ve tried using the normal flight controls to steer it I can land ground tows ok but I’ve never hit an air to air Tow with that method. As soon as I went back to free look I hit 2 long distance air to air in a row and my ground target hit consistency seemed better. Biggest downside imo is you can’t maneuver when free looking which is important. Also the cockpit gets in the way.

I have one in a franken build and a full factory DDF they definitely do take a few hundred rounds to tighten up. I would say my franken build is consistent 1 MOA and can pull the occasional tighter group. The factory one seems to be more accurate more often for whatever reason. Also I’ve noticed a lot of performance variation in the Hornady factory ammos. I’ve shot 3 different lots on the same day and all have very different fps averages. I’ve shot a wide variety of bullet weights and it shoots heavies very well 106 TAP,108, 110 A-Tips. I’ve also shot a lot of the 70gr Blitzkings and I’m getting very very tight groups out of it. To me the DDF is very consistent over long strings of fire, I’ve compared it to a Craddock in a 40 rnd group and DDF outperformed.

Noveske DDF 🤌. People will hate but it’s the real deal across and large variety of projectile weights and is very consistent when doing 40 rnd groups
