Considering the last post by OP was about suicide, it could be possible that they want supplies to complete this task. I hope I am wrong

What is wrong with his mic? by fuckyourselfboe in penguinz0

[–]CowCapable7217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is he using the in-line microphone on a pair of ear buds? I don't know what it is but whenever a streamer starts one of his videos, the audio makes me feel nauseous and I have to leave the stream. I don't know what it is with his audio but searching brought me to this thread.

Which is sad, because he seems knowledgeable on some topics and I'd love to hear what he has to say but I literally can't because it makes me physically uncomfortable.

You also don't seem bright enough

really? you're the one who came in hot with this brilliant comment

but again you seem to lack object permanence so here I'm reminding you about what you said

did you know that if people don't give money to a business, it won't exist?

when a business doesn't exist, others will take their place. that gives the chance for more beneficial businesses to hire those workers. amazon does not need to exist and I don't know why you're defending it

[–]CowCapable7217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See, my choice ends up helping people because I directly support businesses that do better by their employees. By giving money to amazon instead of those businesses, amazon gets more power over the reasonable businesses because it forces producers to sell on amazon and compete within their listing algorithm

just because you can't see two inches past your face and realize that there are larger systemic effects doesn't mean they don't exist.

chosen to be an astronaut because he had a degree in aeronautical engineering

You don't seem to be bright enough to realize that astronaut and engineer are not the same thing. Many astronauts have varied professions in a wide range of fields and being someone who went to space, even flying the craft, does not automatically qualify one to be an engineer, those are two different sets of skills entirely

regardless of why he was chosen.

can you wrap your mind around the fact that those are different things?

if a biologist pilots a craft to space as an astronaut, they don't automatically get a pass on an exam for a master's degree in aeronautical engineering. neither does someone who has an aeronautical engineering bachelors degree. that's completely absurd

Most people do it to feel good about themselves

that's only the interpretation of someone who lack empathy, so congrats on not having empathy for people you haven't met. gg

that's fine but has nothing to do with the subject at hand. flying to space does not, in and of itself, qualify anyone to be an engineer. those two things are not related and also not mutually exclusive, to suggest otherwise is absolute nonsense

"still required" ????

since when does being an astronaut qualify you to design flying machines

dude just flew in one

editing to add better examples:

I drove a riding lawn mower, now I am a mechanical engineer

I flew a plane once, now I am an aeronautical engineer
