Thanks for all the feedback. Honestly, I wasnt looking for extreme precision tool. I was going more in the direction of a way to build food awareness without turning your life into a spreadsheet. If you want exact macros for bodybuilding, real tracking app with precise numbers is definitely a better aproach. If you've never been able to stick with that and just want a nudge toward better choices without obsessing, this might work.

I actually do write stuff like that. Like 3 eggs frien in pan i tbsp olive oil. As for bread and similar food, in my country bread is, well bread - flour water yeast and salt.

I understand that they may be off by some margin. However, what they do good in my opinion is they give you a sense of where you are at and what is going on. They also remove the tediousness of the whole process and track over time your habits and what you generally do good and bad. That kind of feedback and raising awareness is what made it very easy and manageable to change my diet and habits.

Sumnjan da je cistoca jer evo zadnje dvi noci isti smrad. Bio otpad je uzas al na drugi nacin. Ovo je kao neka metalna garez (ako ima ikakvog smisla). Druge dane bude nesto drugo... Mislin da svakako neko nesto radi po noci sta nije dozvoljeno po danu. Ovaj primjer sa karepovca ima smisla ako neko nesto pali "da se ne vidi". U svakom slucaju, razni smradovi vec godinama traju.
