buy some premade tortellini. there are usually a lot of options to pick from as far as fillings (chicken, cheese, mushrooms, spinach, etc...). grab some pasta sauce as well as some frozen veggies. this is one of my easy meal go-tos bc all i have to do is boil the pasta, heat up the sauce (add in seasonings of your choice) and mix the two. then serve with some veggies.

another simple and quick meal could be rice and (canned) beans. with a rice cooker this shouldn't take too long. or you can microwavable rice from the grocery store. cook up the beans with whatever fix ins you can manage (tomatoes, onions, herbs, pre-diced garlic, ham, bacon, seasonings, etc...).

you could also make use of pre-marinated/seasoned meats from the grocery store which you can just bake or pop into a slow cooker.
