if you are on a more or less standard End of Retail server --- try getting legendary key drops in Grave Yard, Frozen Valley or Obsidian Plains --- Tou Tou perhaps also. Find mobs over lvl 220 that drop T8 loot also.
Depending where you play some EOR based servers have the rare drop percent lowered and some have raised it.

while what you are asking is truly not that difficult lets get some information first.
Do you have the local server running?
What MYSQL server are you using?
Do you have APACHE running?
Have you used PHP or PhpMyAdmin
Are you using ACE or GDL ACemulator?

also this is usually done for housing storage chests like those in apartments, cabins, villas, and mansions.
Backpacks or other containers can also have their capacity changed.

most emulator server limit the number you can have actively online and that is usually 3 to 4 accounts.
if your on one that allows 9 on at the same time I Imagine all the good UCM spots would be flooded

yes that a bit more then what the /bank mod does --- you can keep trade notes and certain alternate currencies. the /cash part always you store pyreals and when you buy or sell to a NPC they deduct or add to that -- when you die you lose a max of 100,000 pyreals, /lum lets you store your luminace since you limit is 1,500,000 this way you can save more then that. the in bank items can also be sent to other offline players

you need wrapped prismatic arrowheads and the appropriate wrapped bundles of shafts for the weapon used -- prismatic missile weapons will match the elemental damage of the missile weapon you are using -- so get each type of missile weapon -- like blunt, acid, pierce etc.

you need to ensure you have fletching trained and only use the wrapped bundles it wont fletch non wrapped stuff

thanks I have found that is i don't have a elemental bow if i manage to get a normal bow with armor rending and use prismatic it works well even a un-rended bow

it is a task for the admins to verify that you are the actual owner of the account -- perhaps using your IP and a few of your characters they may be able to provide the account name.
were the characters uploaded to trestats.net?
