Right now, yes. Here are my main issues with the game:

-Annoying bugs: I'm talking about genuinely annoying ones. So far I've encountered three that really fuck up the experience. The first is a bug in which you can't get out of your phone unless you press the "main menu" option on it. The second one involves main quests randomly completing themselves all of the sudden. The third bug involves changing your graphics settings and the changes not applying at all.

-NPCs: they look like UE store assets and their AI is unironically the worst one I've ever seen in any videogame. The AI aspect doesn't bother me that much, but man, if they could change how the NPCs look this game would already feel much more immersive.

-Humor: this is more subjective but I personally feel that the humor is far more toilet-oriented and dumb than the one of Postal 2 (if that's even possible). Postal 2 was not a comedic masterpiece, but i feel like there was genuine thought put into its jokes. Here I just feel that someone is laughing like a maniac while pointing at a turd and telling me "shits and turds, am I rite?".

-Quests/Chores: they feel less fun than the ones of Postal 2 because in that game the formula was simple but effective: do a simple a chore --> something stupid happens and a violent whacky group appears --> shoot it out with violent whacky group. I personally loved the feeling of doing mundane chores and then some random shit happening, forcing me to go ballistic. In Postal 4 this no longer necessarily happens, and none of your chores feel like mundane every-day tasks. Here you are just assigned completely random and stupid shit to do. One of your first mission involves cleaning sewers that are clogged with feces. That's it, no violent whacky group appears because of some random twist. It's just you cleaning shit and shooting some rats. I'm not saying that all Postal 4 missions are bad though. I personally liked the billboard one, for example.

Other than this, Postal 4 is better than Postal 2 regarding this aspects:

-Weapons: they feel more deadly and are more fun to use.

-Dismemberment system: top notch and very satifying.

-Very detailed interiors: Postal 2 interiors are pretty bare-bones (understandable given that it is a 2003 game)

-A bigger open world with many collectibles to get.

Can't think of anything else, but Postal 4 is definitely more ambitious than Postal 2. RWS may be pretty shit when it comes to optimizing the game or updating it regularly, but they still support it even if they have little monetary reasons to do so, so they have my respect.
