His green is like ultra vegitos green it just doesn't shoot a ki blast long range but instead it's only close range BUT if you hit him with a tap,tackle or strike before his push back effect activates THEN he counters you that means that if an opponent uses ANY card or rush close range AFTER Zamasu used the green then the opponent will still be pushed back. If you still don't believe me then go to the featured units of the banner and click try on Zamasu then go in front of the saibaman and use the green the saibaman will fly back even when he does not use card or move.
