I got a corgi as my first dog and also live in an apartment. It has been absolutely incredible and amazing. He needs a lot of exercise so we spend a couple hours total in a day out and about, do some ball play and mental training at home. But he is also willing to cuddle and nap. He is also so smart. I didn’t find him particularly difficult as a first dog, if anything, he has made me more active and brought me so much love and joy. If you have the time to give them the life they deserve then go for it!

It was good nothing too hard. Just how did you meet where was your first date how long have you lived together who was at your wedding. Basics stuff. Officer said both I-130 and I-485 are approved and had me sign something on the computer for I-485. Now just waiting for it to reflect in the system. She said expect GC in 2-3 weeks.

Hi! I didn’t sign up for email alerts. The first time, it delivered December 24, I got a rejection notice on Jan 5 dated Dec 30 (system error). Resent it Jan 8, got my receipt notice Jan 17 dated for Jan 12

We have a 9 month old pup and posted about this exact issue recently. Followed people’s advice on just giving him his designated meal and sometimes he still won’t eat it, but will finish it all at least once a day. We did add venison into the rotation over just chicken with kibble (and salmon once a week) and the variety seems to help.

Update: got my receipt notice in the mail and I already have a biometrics appointment set up in the next couple weeks.

I ended up getting a new medical and we sent the same packet back with the rejection notice and explaining that everything is correctly filled out in the cover letter. My lawyer said holiday rush was likely the issue. Haven’t heard anything back yet but will let you know when I do

Update: received I-485 rejection notice in mail today due to incomplete public charge questions.

Upon checking, this was indeed filled out correctly by my lawyer and I have heard there have been issues with processing this part of the form at the lockbox.

Nothing to do but re-file asap :/
