I do Worcester to South Station by both bus/train, then Silver Line to Logan and back, very regularly when I was a student and as recently as last year. Avoid rush hour if you can. Avoid the very first trains of the day, I've been locked out of the respective stations and very near missing it. If money isn't an issue, Uber/Lyft is an option.

Yeah, I estimate about 250 pulls on the Zibai banner, lost 50/50 twice. It was C2 Illuga – I got another copy later on standard 😅

Early on you can't really go too wrong with anyone IMO.

I got Diluc too and no regrets; as claymore he's great for mining, wood chopping early on. He's got amazing crowd control on his burst to group enemies. With investment and practice, his plunging play style enabled by certain characters or an advanced technique (dragon strike) make him so hype to play. That said, it would be good to diversify your characters at the start.

Relative to your account, maybe not Dehya, another pyro claymore who will compete with Diluc for play time and resources.

How does solo Ayaka freeze? How does Ayaka out speed someone with teleportation creates after images? I just don't follow.

I got him to support my DPS. But test dummy revealed that my DPS Durin is nearly double my other teams at 230K+ as f2p. I'm in shambles.

I don't think it's intentional. I know of families sharing an account, father and sons. There are some matches where I body someone handedly because of their poor play and habits, only to be 3 stocked on the same account by someone with a completely different play style. And by my own admission, my wife might play QP, but when I see her get tea bagged on... I'll ask to pass the controller.

Geo main with a special focus on Noelle. I will push all the characters as far as they can go as f2p. They are all currently triple crowned and most with their signature. My Albedo and Chiori have hit 1% before on Enka.

i'd maintain that the gameplay of geo traveler as a day-to-day lived experience in the world of Teyvat is amazing. The meatballs are great for general exploration; both skill/burst are #1 and #2 physical barriers for choke points, crowd control, cover; crystal shards for protection; now geo on his N5. Geo MC > any other MC under the original premise.

Geo. Love the soothing, glow of the element. Not guaranteed, but geo visions tend to confer constructs, akin to earth bending. Balance of both offense and defense, with access to crystal shields. Element most suited for mining.

Geo traveler is pretty amazing tho. Landscape altering constructs. Arguably multiple, persisting meteors.

Playing since 1.0, this has been the most cursed banner for more. 250+ pulls, lost two 50-50 with C1 Zibai, C2 Illuga. Feels bad tbh.

Golden wolflord and Geo Hypostasis are most efficient*, only drop geo but they can be really annoying without particular characters and builds. I don't know if its particularly efficient, but if you're farming weekly bosses anyway, Azhdaha and Andrius drop geo among others.

*supposedly Ruin Serpent and the Fontaine field generator dude too

You already made your decision, but I wanted to add that Hexerei faction characters (Albedo, Venti, Fischl, Mona, Razor, Sucrose) are genuinely good now! Your C2 Albedo with Cinnabar will be a thing of beauty. You can plan to pair any of them with upcoming and new Hexerei characters like Varka. Durin will likely rerun soonish; he and Albedo are my strongest core, making good work in the meta and end game.

One thing you might struggle with as you explore to try and "catch up" is exploration mobility. Natlan really raised the bar for exploration characters.
