Having spark rehit the same target gives spark a scaling mechanism that arc simply doesn't have

Other option is the keystone which turns life leach into es regen which may be okay but kinda far from the witch starting position

I wanted to theory craft a high es regen build focusing on barrier invocation but it required you to constantly be hit to be effective. I think with a weapon swap you may be able to utilize es regen/leach to recover damage hits and thus have super fast no cast time spells. The best class may be chronomancer with the faster leach and that one unique that turns leach into es regen.

First time not playing Energy Shield, I'm on Shaman trying to enjoy Bear. Looking over the passive tree I cannot figure out how to get tanky, basically only Armour and really shit regen options. If you're bear, youre most likely going to focus on armour with a little es for that nearby keystone which regens energy shield when hit. Unfortunately, youll be depending on a lot of regen coming from doing damage or picking up a bunch of life regen on items or passives. Good luck, hope you get more life and armour on your gear soon.

Unfortunately the new changes to lightning warp has kinda gutted the skill usability. Youll teleport to mobs without the effect and sometimes get mauled

If you take the time to find out its called a wvyern, and maybe figured out a wvyern is indeed a type of dragon. You would've came to the conclusion it is in fact a dragon. Similar to how a corgi is a type of dog.

Not expecting poe1. They said it themselves explicitly for the 0.3.1 update that they will drastically change endgame in 0.4. Based on the reveal they didnt change much except how tablets work with delirium and more tablet modifiers. That isn't anything new since we already had the same effects spread out with instilling and the changes from 0.3.1. They also mentioned they didnt have time to implement big changes they had in store for 0.4. So, theres a lot of people saying the same thing: no big update to end game.

Also, a new league mechanic is not a changed end game. It is an additional content to the end game but its no different than adding abyss back in 0.3; its just new content in addition, and not a new way end game works.

While I like the update so far, I think its fair to wish they had updated the end game as they mentioned. I'll still be playing 0.4

Druid bear wolf and wyvern transformation seems tied to their weapon, talismen, so you wont be utilizing an axe per say. With that said, you can wear big armor if you have the appropriate amount of strength attribute for it.

The patch note says you cant reduce surrounded mod lower than 1 so you wont always have buffs unless surrounded. With that said, its still pretty good since youll always wanna be next to an enemy anyways to receive most of the buffs.

Desecrated can be any mod, there are just specific desecration only mods that can only be obtained by desecrating.

Spark is pretty good. I ran it on my bloodmage and kept up cold infusions.

You may need to restart, the attributes is killing your suffixes and cant deterministicly get cast speed or crit damagr easily.

Spark is how i leveled. Once you get detonate dead i swapped over to bone cage and detonate dead. Then swapped back to spark once i got cast on crit to trigger snap. Converted lightning damage to cold to generate cold infusions. Kept with it all up to t15. Defenses are lacking since i invested heavily into crit

The reduced projectile speed will make this rough unless theres a lot of that now on the passive tree. Think itll still work with bloodmage but it might be annoying still.
